Patient safety is central to everything we manufacture. If you have experienced, witnessed, or suspect an adverse event or quality issue associated with a Zynsera product, please tell us — even if you are unsure whether the product is the cause.

What to Include
Product name, batch/lot number if available, a description of what happened, and your contact details if you're willing to be contacted for follow-up. Reports can also be submitted anonymously.
